The CA Team managed all five Contracts which were being run concurrently with three different Contractor’s. Kane was responsible for the management of the contract administration team from tender assessment through to finalisation with a focus on traffic, safety, environmental, and community management. Relationship management contracting was used to allow great communication between the client, contractor, designer, and CA team to ensure the delivery of the project in the tight time frames required.
